Our Approach

Through participating in the Game On Leadership Development Program, campers will:

1. Define and own the qualities/concept of positive leadership
2. Learn they have the ability to achieve and to lead
3. Identify ways to develop their own unique positive leadership attributes
4. Begin laying the foundation enabling them to become self-confident and independent leaders on and off the field
5. Actively participate in promoting positive leadership in each other
6. Learn to pass their skills and leadership ethic onto other girls through example
7. Sharpen their soccer skills by giving Focus-Quality-Effort during footskills & soccer training
